On Wednesday 13th July, the Year 6 children spent the day at Go Ape. An action packed day full of climbing, swinging, jumping and games. Some children overcame their fears and everyone had a go. An extra well done to Lilly from Attenborough Class for winning the challenge- completing the course with a cup of water in her hand. A great day all round!
Just a few snapshots of todays activities
On Thursday 7th July, nine girls from Year 5&6 went to St. Mary's Stadium in Southampton to see Norway play Northern Ireland in the Women's Euro 22 tournament. For most of the girls it was their first experience of live football match and they all had a fantastic time.
On Thursday 7th July, children from KS1 and KS2 competed in races representing their house teams. Everyone tried their very best and the afternoon was a great success!
On Tuesday 5th July, KS1 and KS2 took part in a Sports Day Carousel. This involves children competing in house teams across several different activities.
The children from the junior choir performed magnificently alongside other Portsmouth school choirs last week. They were enthusiastic, professional and brave - singing songs about the city of Portsmouth.
