My name is Mrs. Roadnight and I started as the Deputy Headteacher in Weyford Infant and Nursery School about 7 years ago. I have seen the school change from a Infant and Nursery school to a Primary and Nursery School, and find being a member of our growing Weyford family rewarding and exciting. I believe "that education is not the filling of a pot but the lighting of a fire" - WB Yates
When I am not in school, I love being outside with my family and dog but cannot make up my mind whether I prefer walking along the beaches or being in the countryside. During the football season, you can find me at St Mary’s football stadium watching my favourite football team, Southampton.
So looking forward to meeting you all in September.

I believe that if we think positively than our positive energy spreads, so we should always try and choose happy energy.

I love to travel and I have been lucky enough to visit many exciting places including Rome, Kotor, New York, and the top of the rock in Gibraltar where I held a monkey’s hand!
When I am not at school, I love going to the beach to swim in the sea and track ships, socialising with my friends and family, shopping and drinking too many Starbucks.
My name is Karen House. I have worked at Weyford for 16 years and I love it! I have two grown up children who came to Weyford.

Hello everyone. I'm Mrs Ray and I've worked at Weyford since 2007. I love working here because you are all so smiley and always try your best with everything that you are asked to do.
At home I have four children they all came to Weyford or still do. All of the children and Mr Ray play cricket so we can always be found at a cricket pitch in the summer. My favourite thing about cricket is the huge picnic that I always make for us to take.
I believe that 'A child is like a butterfly in the wind. Some can fly higher than others, but each one flies the best that it can... Each one is different. Each one is special'. Although we are all part of the Weyford family, we are all good at different things and it's really important that we use the things that we are good at to help those that find it tricky. We will always find what you are good at and celebrate it.
