1.7.22 Well done to all our stars of the week. Jewel, for the Yellow Jersey. Caleb for maths and Emma for writing.
In maths we are starting a topic about position and direction. We have started off by giving each other directions from one place to the other. We found that our directions were not precise enough.
Once we have finished our topic, we will try again using our new learning.
Well done to Maisy for the yellow jersey, Bryne for mathematician of the week and Nicole for writer of the week. We are so proud of you!
Harvey's great research about volcanoes.
In our hook lesson for Earthquakes today, we made clay models of the earth, which clearly show all the different layers that make it up. We learned the names of the layers and labelled our models.
