I am a linguist

I am a linguist which means I listen attentively and I am able to copy and imitate sounds. I have the confidence to speak with good intonation and pronunciation as well as having the ability to use language and transfer skills creatively and spontaneously. I am passionate about languages and am curious about the culture of the countries where a language I am learning is spoken. I can communicate through the skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. I know that to be a good linguist I need to be: open minded, adaptable, resilient and have a real desire to communicate effectively in other languages.
