Spring Term 1 Highlights

The PTA has had an exciting and productive start to the year, and we’re delighted to share what we’ve been up to. A huge thank you to every parent, carer and member of staff who has supported our events so far - your involvement truly makes all the difference! 

Meet & Greet With Parents 

This term, we held our first PTA Meet & Greet, which was a fantastic opportunity for parents and carers to drop in and meet the team. It was wonderful to welcome so many families, especially those new to the school. 

The atmosphere was warm, friendly and buzzing with conversations about future events and ways to get involved. We look forward to making this a regular feature in the school calendar. 

Sweet Sale Success 

Our recent Sweet Sale proved extremely popular - unsurprisingly! Children, staff and parents enjoyed choosing from a colourful selection of treats, and thanks to your support, the event was a huge hit. 

Total Raised So Far This Year 

Thanks to your amazing support across all events so far - including the Sweet Sale and the Christmas Disco - we are thrilled to announce that the PTA has raised: 

£520 from school events, and £2,000 from grants awarded to us. 

This gives us an impressive total of: £2,520 raised so far this year 

Every penny goes straight back into enhancing the school experience for our children. One of our next projects will be purchasing additional cooking equipment so more pupils can enjoy hands-on cooking opportunities in school.

Coming Up Next Term 

Our upcoming events for next term are the Easter Disco and Weyford’s Got Talent, and excitement is already building! The students are absolutely buzzing about both events - and so are we. We cannot wait to bring the school community together again for more fun, creativity and celebration.
