We have been learning to make sentences with monster And. He is a very cheecky monster who grabs sentences, pulls them together and eats some of their full stops and capital letters. Have a look at the pictures to see how mean he has been!
How exciting! It seems like we might be having an African day soon, but first we are having a squash sale to make some money for it!
Remember to bring your 10p coins and drink some squash!
Hopefully we raise lots of money!
Pog the penguin got separated from his family and somehow ended in our classroom! He had a book for us: Poles Apart
We have been learning about different places in the world thanks to Pog and his family, who go on an adventure from the North Pole to the South Pole. Also, Mrs.Willis, the author of the book, sent us an email encouraging us to write her some letters with suggestions to improve her book.
In maths we have been learning to tell the time and to use vocabulary for the days of the week, times of the day, etc.
Happy 2018 everybody!
I hope you all had a lovely holiday. I am very excited to start this new term with all of you and to continue the the amazing learning started with Miss Rodgers.
